Itssouth is by Western Renmin Road, its east adjacent to Northern Renmin Road, its north isLintong District Law Court and its west is the boundary of "underground river". It's in thecenter section of Lintong District main trunk and tourism area. It's 1 Km to Xi-Lin Expressway, 860m to Huaqing Pool, 800m to railway station and 7 Km to the Terra-Cotta Warriors &rses. The traffic is convenient and the geographic location is quiteriority. Lintong is therest satellite city to Xi'an and the nationwide well-known tourism city. More and more people from various sectors have come to Lintong for holiday, tourism and leisure since theution of 5-day work system. The water amount is about 500T. Via the assessment of the concerningartment, the present market price for 8665.8m2 of land is worth of 28 million RMB yuan.
